Change all the Draw buttons on various screen forms to not display "No Drawings/Pictures" if clicked and the button is gray. A green button indicates there is at least one associated Drawings/Pictures and a gray button means there are none.
On the Work Order (Closed) screen you can use the Draw button to display associated Drawings/Pictures which were added to the Work Order (Open) screen, but you cannot add or delete Drawings/Pictures to the Work Order (Closed) screen.

Add a PDF button to the Master Schedule to attach one or more PDF files to a specific Equipment Number and PM Frequency. When printing PM Work Cards, a popup window will display all of the PDF files associated with equipment and frequencies which fall in the date range being printed. You can optionally display and/or print any of these PDF files.
Add a Drawings and PDF Files button to the Process Own PM Work Card screen so that the mechanic can view, and optionally print, any/all associated files. At plants where the mechanics process their own Work Card assignments, this will facilitate performing the PMs correctly and should result in using a lot less paper.
Likewise, add a Drawings and PDF Files button to the PM Tasks Processing Screen so that the Planner can review any Drawings or PDF files associated with each PM task on the mechanic's Work Card.
>>> 4.43 changes
Add a Print button to the Processing PM Tasks screen so that the mechanic can make a hard copy of the PM Duties. At plants where the mechanics process their own Work Card assignments, this will facilitate performing the PMs correctly and allow the mechanics to document any PM tasks missed or note any additional work completed or needs to be done. This is particularly useful when there are many PM task assignments.
Correct typos in a few hint messages in the Guest menu.
Change the Work Order Add form to automatically save if you add an employee and then click the Close Work Order Now button.
>>> 4.42 changes
Update the Work Card Planner module to utilize a new algorithm which builds the spreadsheet form ten times faster. This handy utility shows the amount work scheduled and completed for each mechanic for the current week, past weeks, and future weeks. You can select any or all of the mechanics, or those assigned to a specific shift. The columns tabulate the time for PM's and WO's. You can change the date to display daily and weekly totals for any time period. And, you can even move work assignments from one mechanic to another.

Adjust a number of forms and reports to ensure the full account number is displayed.
>>> 4.41 changes
Add a new Guest Function on the CPMS Main Menu to allow you to add Equipment Failures with just a few clicks. This is the same method use in the Guest Menu where you can pop up a portion of the equipment list, choose an equipment number, and then add/change just a few remaining column values.
Add/change links to the CPMS Help system on various CPMS screen forms to ensure that the appropriate help text is displayed. Please make sure that when you click on the Help button you see "CPMS Help System 4.4x" in the upper left corner of the Help Window.
Correct popup "hints" and other minor errors on screen forms where necessary.
>>> 4.40 changes
When clicking the "Close Work Order Now" button, save any changes made to the Work Order first.
Add a new Equipment Failure report to display just one entry when using the Equipment Failure screen. This will allow mechanics to enter a breakdown and then immediately print out the report rather than fill out a manual log and then enter it into CPMS later. Use the Draw button to attach a picture or drawing which will be printed in the middle of the report.
Click the new "Print this Entry" button on the Edit, Equipment Failure screen or the Guest Mechanic, Equipment Failure screen. The Guest Mechanic will see all columns to enter or validate highlighted in yellow.
In conjunction with this report, there are two new columns on the System Configuration screen. A note field with plenty of space to advise what needs to be done before putting the equipment back in service, and also a large sign off area which appears at the bottom of the new report. The first five lines of the "Repair and Corrective Action" will print on the report.
